What time is Soccer Aid on tonight? Timing, Live, Streaming | Sportson

Soccer Aid, the world’s biggest celebrity football match, is returning to London this weekend to once again raise money for charity.

The England vs World XI charity match, which features a combination of ex-professionals and celebrity players, always provides entertainment and this year’s edition is set to be no different.

Robbie Williams established the event back in 2006 to raise money for UNICEF with over £13million gathered last year.

The likes of Arsene Wenger, Usain Bolt, Harry Redknapp and Liam Payne are set to be involved this year.

David Beckham is not playing at Soccer Aid once again but will be the man handing out the trophy at West Ham’s stadium.

Soccer Aid 2022: What has been said?

Redknapp: “‘Harry Redknapp, England Manager’ – who would ever have thought that, eh? Not that I was keeping score – but they tell me that England haven’t won since 2018. Oh dear.

“Anyone who knows me will tell you that I would never turn my country down, so when they asked me to be England Manager, I had to say yes.

“I know Usain is a bit miffed I’m leaving him – but the big man will get over that! I hope to see you all there on Sunday 12th June. Get your tickets now!”

Wenger said: “I am really looking forward to this special football match in June.

“It’s great and special to play a football match together with former opponents for a good purpose.

“Football unites, football gives hope and I am looking forward to making my contribution on Sunday 12th June at the London Stadium.”
